Very pleased people have enjoyed it. That said, I have to inform you that there is a very real danger of it being the last. The people who have contributed to the first three editions have been brilliant and it is really appreciated. However, unless we have a greater number of contributors it is simply unsustainable by the few that have worked so hard so far. Any suggestions as to how we can remedy this situation would be welcome.
