To support Rob (Trebor) and his superb work on the powerfold worm gear project, the Enthusiasts' have purchased 31 sets, so a total of £100.75 :)

On a related note - have we seen evidence of wear from the Mk.2 Powerfolds (Skullcaps), of a similar failure as affected the Mk.1 (Bullet) Powerfolds necessitating the project to manufacture replacement worm gears?

I have no evidence of that but maybe because the skullcaps are on the later cars and not quite so old, they do have different motors in them which are no longer available but are the same as those fitted to the older XJ Jags and some Volvos
